Our Invoicing Template for a Product based business incorporates the following features as standard.

Features that are specific to the PRODUCT Invoice Template include:

A 500 line Stock Database which records the Description, Code, Price, VAT Rate (and amount) and the Products Discount Code - see screen shot below.

A Discount Matrix worksheet that allows you to assign discount levels to both Products and to Customers. This means that every customer could have potentially different rates for each of your stock lines. If this feature is not required, then it is easy to switch it off.

If Discounts are not in use, then the Discount column on the Invoice disappears. Similarly, if you are not VAT Registered, then references to VAT will not show.

Each Invoice can have up to 20 lines. For every line there is a corresponding 'Back Office' view, which shows how the line prices and discounts are calculated.

For ' non Stock ' items, there is the facility to record up to 20 'Narratives' together with prices. This is used for variable items such Postage, Freight, Insurances etc.
